If you have an account with us you can view your order history by login to your account dashboard.
Shipping is free on all orders $99 and above. All orders under $99 will be charged $4.99 for shipping.
When you get to the checkout page where you are asked to enter your contact information and shipping address, on the right, you’ll find the space designated for your code entry (not to be confused with the ‘Notes’ box). Simply type your coupon code and click the “Apply” button.
Please note: Only one discount per purchase is allowed.
You can always checkout as a guest, without logging in to your account if this is your preference. To do this, please visit our website while logged out of your account, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout and then make sure that the “create an account” button is not selected.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have other concerns, reach out to our Ideal Plus support team! We address every issue on a case-by-case basis, so if you’re unhappy with something, we’ll do our very best to work it out.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us then ship it back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Please note: We cannot provide refunds for spilled Social Drops or Broad Spectrum Drops. Our dropper bottles are not leak-proof.

To cancel an order please sign into your account:

2. Select “My Account” from the top menu bar
3. Select “Orders”
4. Choose the order you would like to cancel.
5. Select “Cancel”
